Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of the Finazir website and any quotation, sample or manufacturing order you place with us. By submitting an inquiry or order you accept these Terms.
Quotations & Orders
Quotations are based on the specifications, quantities and materials you supply and remain valid for the period stated. An order is confirmed once you approve the quotation and any required deposit is received. Prices exclude freight, duties and taxes unless expressly stated (for example under DDP terms).
Samples & Production
We produce pre-production samples for your approval before bulk manufacturing. Bulk production proceeds against your approved sample and tech pack; minor variations in colour, measurement and placement within industry tolerances (AQL 2.5) are normal and not considered defects.
Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of the logos, designs and artwork you provide, and confirm you have the right to use them. We keep ownership of our own patterns, processes and website content.
Payment
Payment terms are agreed per order and typically involve a deposit with balance before shipment. Goods remain our property until paid for in full.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sialkot, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
