Material Composition & Standards

Select a material class below to view the structural characteristics and clinical assignments we enforce during raw material incoming controls.

Martensitic Steel — AISI 420

Commonly used for dental extraction forceps and scaling tips requiring excellent wear-resistance and edge retention properties.

Carbon Content:0.15% - 0.40% (For high hardenability)
Hardness Target:HRC 48 - 52 (After heat treatment)
Primary Uses:Extraction Forceps, Scalers, Scissors
Corrosion resistance factor: High after proper polishing/passivation

Titanium Alloy — Ti-6Al-4V (Grade 5)

Highly biocompatible, lightweight, and exceptionally strong. Essential for implant drivers and osteotomes that interact directly with implant systems.

Biocompatibility:Excellent (Non-magnetic and osteophilic)
Weight Ratio:45% lighter than stainless steel
Primary Uses:Implantology drivers, Osteotomes, Abutment tools
Clinical application: Premium implant surgery

Austenitic Steel — AISI 304

Highly malleable with excellent corrosion resistance. This steel class does not harden via heat treatment and is completely non-magnetic.

Nickel Content:8.0% - 10.5% (Non-magnetic structural core)
Primary Quality:Highly resistant to chemical sterilization solutions
Primary Uses:Dental Trays, Mirror Handles, Tweezers
Chemical stability rating: Top grade

Tungsten Carbide Inlays (TC)

Specialized micro-grain tungsten carbide plates are permanently vacuum-brazed to the working tips of orthodontic cutters and needle holders for unmatched durability.

Hardness Level:HV 1500+ (Extreme wear performance)
Visual Indicator:Gold-plated rings/handles for distinct identity
Primary Uses:TC Orthodontic Wire Cutters, TC Needle Holders
Active service lifespan: Up to 5x conventional steel

Technical Support & FAQs

Common physical, logistical, and processing inquiries from clinical buying groups and global distributors.

We use AISI 420 or AISI 410 martensitic stainless steel for our dental extraction forceps. This provides the high mechanical strength, corrosion resistance, and structural rigidity needed to withstand grip pressure without bending or fracturing.
Yes, all our dental instruments are completely reusable and fully autoclavable. They are designed to withstand repeating cycles of autoclave steam sterilization and chemical immersion cleaners without compromising material stability or edge sharpness.
Yes, we offer custom private labeling services for all dental categories, including orthodontic pliers. We can laser-engrave your corporate logo, catalog number, batch code, and CE marks directly onto the instrument body.
